Who we’re looking for
Experience helps, but the right attitude matters most. You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Are kind, patient and genuinely care about people
- Respect each person’s right to make their own choices
- Are reliable, and show up when you say you will
- Communicate clearly with participants, families and the team
- Love celebrating other people’s wins
[Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Disability preferred, not essential.]
What you’ll need
- NDIS Worker Check
Apply through Service NSW - National Police Check
Issued within the last 12 months - First Aid and CPR
Current certificate - Working With Children Check
If you’ll support anyone under 18 - Driver’s licence and insured car
For transport and community access shifts - NDIS Worker Orientation Module
“Quality, Safety and You”, a free online course - Right to work in Australia
