Your tailored support plan
Every Creative Minds journey starts with a conversation. The participant’s support worker will sit down with them to learn what they love, what they’re great at and where they want to go. Together, they’ll create a tailored support plan that turns the participant’s vision into clear, achievable steps.
From there, the support worker will work alongside the participant at their pace, whether that’s setting up a page, creating content, building a brand or getting their work out into the world. They’ll encourage, share ideas and celebrate every milestone together. The participant stays in the driver’s seat: they make the choices, and The Bradley Foundation is here to help bring them to life.
